Haaland, Doku, De Bruyne - Man City injury news and return dates vs Crystal Palace

Manchester City expect to be without Erling Haaland for their Premier League meeting against Crystal Palace on Saturday afternoon (3pm) - and the Norwegian could even miss the Club World Cup.

The treble-winners will fly to Saudi Arabia next week following their latest top-flight game at the Etihad Stadium and Pep Guardiola has one or two injury concerns before doing so. Long-term absentee Kevin De Bruyne has been joined on the physio table by Jeremy Doku (muscular) and Haaland (foot) this month.

However, while neither of those issues - or a knock picked up by Jack Grealish - are thought to be serious, there's every chance the players will be unavailable against the Eagles. Here's our latest round-up from the City treatment room;

Injury: Foot

Return date: TBC

What Guardiola has said: "He arrived [on Friday] and the doctors will see him and we will see how he feels. He had treatment away. Hopefully, he can travel to Saudi and we will see if he is able to play in the first game or the second game, or when we come back. I don't think he will play [against Palace], but maybe he surprises me.

"Sometimes players recover quickly, sometimes longer. Day by day, week by week, how he feels. [In] the moment he doesn't have pain he will play."

Injury: Muscular

Return date: TBC

What Guardiola has said: "It's muscular, it's not a big, big issue like Kevin was, for example, but we have to think about it as well because of his explosiveness. We have to be careful. I don't know when he will be ready - maybe one week or two weeks - and then he will be ready again."

Injury: Hamstring

Predicted return date: Januar
