Pep Guardiola already has the answer to Jeremy Doku vs Jack Grealish conundrum at Man City

It seems ridiculous to suggest that Manchester City's Treble-winning attack has been made even better this season, but Jeremy Doku has made such an argument possible.

Pep Guardiola is always adapting and mixing up his squad depending on the opponent. With a whole host of world-class stars in the City squad and a packed fixture schedule, Guardiola has some tough decisions to make.

Jack Grealish had an outstanding season for the Blues last term. His goal contributions have not been the most recognisable part of his game since his £100million pound move from Aston Villa, but the control within his game has been a huge asset, as well as the fouls he wins for City in attacking areas.

Doku is a completely different player. He is almost similar to the wingers Pep looked to have moved away from like Leroy Sane and Raheem Sterling, who provide bursts of pace and exceptional dribbling skills.

Doku grabbed four assists and one goal in City’s 6-1 thrashing of Bournemouth, setting a new record for the youngest player in Premier League history to provide five goal involvements in a single game, as well as completing the most successful dribbles in the league this season.

It appears that having two incredible players with different styles of play is benefitting not only City but also the players themselves. Doku and Grealish are pushing each other as they aim to cement their place in the City attack.
