People urged to call 999 after twin sisters go missing from Manchester city centre

An urgent appeal has been issued to find missing twin sisters who were last seen together on Deansgate on Saturday night (August 26).

Niya-Mai and Tiann were reportedly last seen in the city centre at around 8pm and have now been reported as missing, with police investigating and asking anyone with information to call 999.

Tiann was wearing a short pink dress, a black shawl and black Converse trainers. Sister Niya-Mai was wearing a black T-shirt and cycling shorts.

Greater Manchester Police issued an image of the two sisters as part of their urgent appeal and are urging anyone with any information to come forward.

"Officers are becoming increasingly concerned about Niya-Mai and Tiann and want to make sure they are both safe and well," the appeal said.

Anyone with information should call police on 999.
