Paul Pogba's eye-watering base salary as he prepares to sign £68m Juventus package

Paul Pogba will reportedly sign a four-year contract with Juventus in the coming days, with the deal believed to be worth €80million - around £68.3m.

The World Cup winner, 29, will become a free agent when his Manchester United contract expires on June 30. Pogba was a Juventus player between 2012 and 2016, helping the Italian giants win eight trophies - including four consecutive Serie A titles.

But Pogba has failed to replicate his form in Manchester. He helped United win just two trophies in six seasons - the EFL Cup and Europa League - and they've won nothing since the 2016-17 campaign. The Red Devils finished sixth in the Premier League last term.

Pogba's second spell at United was overshadowed by several controversies. These
