Paul Pogba documentary - 'Pogmentary' - trailer has officially dropped

The trailer for Paul Pogba’s upcoming Amazon prime documentary – ‘The Pogmentary’ – has been released.

The feature episode will launch on Amazon Prime on June 17 and it will broadcast the life and career of the French star to the world.

That includes a detailed look into his time with Manchester United and the French national team, as well as reflections on his spell in Turin, breaking through at Le Havre, and his childhood growing up in Paris.

Georgia Brown, head of European originals at Amazon Studios, said on the matter, per SportingNews: “Paul Pogba is one of the most prominent talents of his time, we are thrilled to collaborate with him with on the overall deal and his series, ‘The Pogmentary’.

“We all know Paul for what he can do on a football pitch, but his influence reaches much further, and he is without doubt an icon for an entire generation.

“Through the unprecedented access afforded to us, Prime Video shows the man behind the fame, delving into his life off the pitch and letting him tell his story in his own words.”

The documentary drops at a pivotal time in Pogba’s life.

It’s been widely publicised that he is set to leave United in a bid to reinvigorate his career and the 29-year-old spoke in the trailer about the need to make sure his next career choice is the correct one.

“I am at a turning point in my career,” Pogba states in the video.

“I have big decisions to make that will decide my future – and I have no room for error.”

If only Pogba was going to be releasing his next destination in the episode – now that would be some reveal!
