Paul Pogba is on the verge of leaving Manchester United for a second time after seeing out the entirety of his playing contract before walking away from Old Trafford on a free.
The Frenchman has endured a turbulent second spell at the club since re-joining in 2016 for a club-record fee of £89million.
Given the amount of money forked out on the former United academy prospect, many expected Pogba to spearhead an illustrious chapter in United's modern history.
