Paul Pogba has said he "wants to feel loved" as he closes in on finding a new club after his Manchester United exit.
The Frenchman was confirmed to be departing Old Trafford last week, with the Red Devils set to lose his services on a free transfer after a club record move back in 2016. It is the second time that Man United have been forced to let Pogba depart for nothing having also let him go at the end of his deal back in 2012.
It has not yet been announced where the 29-year-old will be playing his football next term - albeit former club Juventus have been strongly linked with making a move for his services. Amid his departure from Old Trafford, Pogba has hinted that he did not feel ‘loved’ with the Red Devils and suggested that he is aiming for a more appreciative environment wherever he moves to next.
Speaking with Uninterrupted, the midfielder admitted: “Everybody wants to feel loved, everyone needs that in your soul to feel appreciated. Everything you do even when you grow up, when you do a good thing you like to hear well done, nice, it's always been like that even adults we need that.
