Paul Merson agrees with two pundits on Wolves vs Man City score prediction

Manchester City will continue their latest Premier League title defence on Saturday lunchtime when they take on Wolves at Molineux (12.30pm).

Sitting in second behind Arsenal after six matches, Pep Guardiola and his star-studded team have accumulated 14 points and remain unbeaten. Erling Haaland continues to take the Premier League by storm with 10 league goals, as well as three more in two European outings.

City were held by Aston Villa in their last domestic meeting. Aymeric Laporte (knee) and Kyle Walker (unspecified) have taken a step closer to recovering from their respective injury set-backs, but City manager Guardiola reckons it will be unlikely for them to return in the Midlands.

Score prediction: Wolves 1-3 Man City
