Paris 2024: Novak Djokovic reaches semi-finals amid knee injury concerns
Novak Djokovic will seek a further medical assessment of his knee after requiring on-court treatment during his victory over Stefanos Tsitsipas in his Olympic singles quarter-final in Paris.
