Oxford vs Man United U18s LIVE FA Youth Cup updates plus JJ Gabriel and Kai Rooney latest

Manchester United's U18s return to action in the FA Youth Cup this evening when they travel to the Kassam Stadium to face Oxford United.

The Reds enter the game in fine form having beaten fierce rivals Manchester City 3-1 at the weekend. Chido Obi scored in the victory and could be called upon again tonight as the youngsters look to advance in the FA Youth Cup. In the last round, Wayne Rooney's son Kai made his Old Trafford debut as the Reds beat Derby County 2-1.

JJ Gabriel is eligible to play tonight after the suspension he picked up for a red card against West Brom was rescinded. The 15-year-old has earned plenty of plaudits recently and has trained with the senior team at Carrington.

The winners of tonight's tie will face either Sunderland or Brighton and Hove Albion in the next round.
