Chelsea are set for a busy summer transfer window with a number of positions in serious need of strengthening as Todd Boehly looks to make a fast start to his tenure.

Bolstering Thomas Tuchel's attack appears to be a priority. The futures of Hakim Ziyech, Christian Pulisic, Timo Werner and Romelu Lukaku all hang in the balance and Barcelona ace Ousmane Dembele has been targeted on a free transfer with his contract set to expire this month.

He has not had the best period since moving to Camp Nou but signing the Frenchman is still an exciting prospect. With that firmly in mind, has taken a look at the latest news and rumours on Dembele's future.

Dembele has rejected Barcelona's latest mission to retain his services, according to journalist Sique Rodriguez Gairi from Spanish radio network La Cadena SER. The report adds that Blaugrana will make no further effort to keep the France international, handing Chelsea - among other clubs too, of course - a free run.

The winger's decision to do so is another hint that fuels a potential move to Stamford Bridge. It's believed that Dembele decided to delay the decision regarding his future until the Blues' takeover was completed despite interest from Liverpool and Paris Saint-Germain, the Press Association claim.
