Ospreys v Ulster LIVE: Kick-off time, TV channel and team news

The Ospreys have been boosted by the availability of Wales squad members Gareth Thomas, Owen Watkin, Reuben Morgan-Williams and Harri Deaves for tonight's United Rugby Championship clash with Ulster at the Brewery Field.

Mark Jones' side are ninth on the table and a victory would come as a significant boost for their play-off hopes. Loosehead prop Thomas will make his 150th appearance for the club and will have a point to prove after falling behind Rhys Carre and Nicky Smith in the Wales pecking order.

Experienced hooker Sam Parry will captain the side with Thomas and Rhys Henry joining him in the front-row.

Australian Ryan Smith and James Fender are the second-rows while James Ratti, Ross Moriarty and Morgan Morse form a powerful back-row trio.

On loan Leinster number nine Cormac Foley gets a start with Jack Walsh wearing the number 10 jersey. Keiran Williams and Watkin form a strong midfield with Keelan Giles, Dan Kasende and Iestyn Hopkins in the back-three.
