Ospreys v Scarlets live updates: Kick off time, team news, TV channel details and all the build up
Ospreys and Scarlets will today write the latest chapter in the West Wales derby history books - and there's plenty on the line.
The two teams are separated by just nine points at the top of the Welsh Shield - the winner of which earns Champions Cup qualification for next season - with the Scarlets leading the way.
Toby Booth's side, though, could more than half that gap with a bonus-point victory today and they do have a game in hand on the Llanelli region. They've also seen the return of some of their Test stars in recent weeks, which led to a good performance against Cardiff last time out. George North returns from a year out today to bolster their ranks, taking his place on the bench.
Dwayne Peel's Scarlets side have got injury problems but are still able to name a formidable side and remain in the driver's seat in the Welsh Shield. They also have an outside chance of making the play-offs but that seems unlikely at this stage.
The game is being shown live on Premier Sports but if you can't get in front of the box, stay right here for live updates.
