Omobamidele left out of finalised Republic of Ireland squad to play France
Andrew Omobamidele has been left out of the finalised Republic of Ireland squad to play France tonight.
Stephen Kenny submitted his 23-man group to UEFA this morning as per regulations, with the new Nottingham Forest man left out.
He was called up as cover for John Egan due to a doubt over the Sheffield United man because of injury, but only linked up with Ireland on Wednesday due to a bereavement.
It remains to be seen if Egan plays a part this evening but he has been included.
Evan Ferguson pulled out of the squad earlier this week with no extra cover added to the squad.
