Old Trafford murder: Killing believed to be 'targeted' and not linked to wider violence in area

The killing of a 21-year-old man in Old Trafford is believed to have been 'targeted', the M.E.N understands.

The man was killed following a 'disturbance' at a home on Kings Road at around 7.45pm last night (Wednesday). Emergency services responded but he suffered serious injuries and was sadly pronounced dead on the scene.

The killing is believed to have been isolated and targeted. A 15-year-old boy was arrested on suspicion of murder.
