Oasis reunion LIVE: Latest as UK tour 2025 and ticket details 'set to be announced'

Oasis are expected to announce that the band WILL be reforming. After years of speculation, Noel and Liam Gallagher are set to confirm the news with rumours circulating of a Tuesday morning announcement.

The brothers appeared to tease the announcement after both posted a date and time - 27.08.24 at 8am - on their X, in the legendary Oasis font.

The Manchester Evening News understands that the Gallagher brothers are set to take to the stage next summer, with several night at Manchester's Heaton Park in July. Ten nights at Wembley are also expected to be scheduled as well as dates potentially in Scotland.

We understand that tickets could go on sale within the next seven days following the announcement. Tickets are set to be priced over the £100 mark for each.

Oasis broke up in 2009 after a backstage feud between brothers Noel and Liam Gallagher at the Rock en Seine Festival in Paris. Shortly afterwards Noel announced the split on the band's website, saying he couldn't continue working with Liam.

Last night, Noel and Liam Gallagher teased an announcement on their social media accounts following the latter's headline set at Reading and Leeds.

As the Blossoms gig came to a spectacular end at Wythenshawe Park, a short clip featuring an important date in the style of Oasis' logo, teasing that a huge announcement is coming on Tuesday at 8am - and the same clip was shared at Reading too. Oasis, Liam and Noel all posted the same logo, heavily hinting that an Oasis reunion is on the cards.
