Noel Whelan doesn’t believe Newcastle will sign Bowen

Newcastle United are expected to strengthen the squad when the summer transfer window opens as they know boast lucrative funds following their takeover by Public Investment Fund, PCP Capital Partners and RB Sports & Media.

One player the Magpies have on their radar is Jarrod Bowen, but West Ham United have no intention of letting him go due to his value to the club. The 25-year-old has scored 14 goals with 11 assists in 42 games this season and has three years remaining on his contract, so why would they let him go?
