Niger United, Tojemarine win as Ardova Handball League enters day three

Niger United and Tojemarine defeated Defenders and Police Machine respectively as the ongoing Ardova Premier Handball League enters day three today.

Niger United beat the Defenders by 34 to 20, while Tojemarine Academy defeated Police Machine 39 to 26 in yesterday’s league games.

Defending champions, Kano Pillars, who were beaten by Rima Strikers 27 to 23, drew their second game with Correction Boys 21-21 yesterday.

The result continued Pillars’ poor run this season as they have six wins from 13 games, drawing three and losing four.

In the women category, Rima Queens defeated Bayelsa Queens 30-21, while Delta Queens lost to Benue Queens 18-19, while Seasiders Babes defeated Bendel Dynamos 25-24.
