Nicolas Raskin makes Celtic final promise as midfielder wants to prove Rangers 'are the better side'

Rangers midfielder Nicolas Raskin has made a promise to the Ibrox side - vowing to prove that they are "better" than Celtic with a Viaplay Cup final win next week.

"It was very nice to play in the second half because we had more control and played better with each other. We
