NFL Week 1 betting: Odds, lines and totals for every game - ESPN
Week 1 of the NFL season is officially underway.
The 2026 season kicked off Wednesday with the Seattle Seahawks taking down the New England Patriots 13-10 in a Super Bowl rematch.
The action continues Thursday night when the Los Angeles Rams host the San Francisco 49ers in a clash of NFC West rivals. Both teams went 12-5 last season, and both teams' seasons came to an end in the playoffs at the hands of the Seahawks. The Rams are a 3.5-point favorite over the 49ers.
Sunday gives us a 13-game slate, with the Buffalo Bills-Houston Texans matchup highlighting the early afternoon games. The Bills come in as slight favorites. The Sunday night game features a classic NFC East rivalry, as the Dallas Cowboys visit the New York Giants as 3-point road favorites.
A whopping 12 Week 1 games have spreads of 3.5 points or less. The Los Angeles Chargers are the biggest favorite of the week, laying 9.5 points to the Arizona Cardinals.
The week wraps up with Patrick Mahomes making his comeback from a torn ACL when the Kansas City Chiefs (-2.5, 43.5) host the Denver Broncos on «Monday Night Football» (8:15 ET on ABC/ESPN).
