Newcastle shouldn’t sign Wilfried Zaha
Newcastle United could benefit from strengthening their wide options as Miguel Almiron only has one goal and zero assists this season while Jacob Murphy has contributed three goals all campaign, so it’s no surprise to see them linked with Wilfried Zaha.
The 29-year-old has one year remaining on his deal at Crystal Palace and might have to be sold rather than be allowed to run his contract down, so Newcastle have a good chance of landing his signature this summer.
Zaha has played nearly 300 games in the Premier League and boasts double figures for league goals in three of his last four seasons at Selhurst Park, but the Ivorian international may not be a value-for-money acquisition.
