Newcastle fans react to as Joelinton returns to starting XI but Saint-Maximin on the bench vs Everton

Newcastle United fans are over the moon to see Joelinton and Bruno Guimaraes lining up alongside each other for the same time. The former of the pair missed the Magpies trip to Chelsea at the weekend but has passed a fitness test to play at Goodison Park.

Allan Saint-Maximin was once again named on the bench with Miguel Almiron keeping his place in the starting XI. Eddie Howe named four changes from the defeat at Stamford Bridge.

Ryan Fraser, Joe Willock, Emil Krafth and Joelinton replaced Sean Longstaff, Jacob Murphy, Javier Manquillo and Jamal Lascelles. Newcastle know a win against the Toffees would all but secure their Premier League status next season.

Everton will be without former Sunderland goalkeeper Jordan Pickford and Donny van de Beek through injury. Newcastle fans are confident heading into the tie.
