New Romney under-15s crowned Ashford & District Youth League’s 2025/26 season champions after perfect campaign

New Romney under-15s coach Chris Jones has praised his side’s “outstanding achievement” after they completed a perfect campaign.

The Ashford & District Youth League team won all 24 of their 2025/26 season fixtures, including 20 league matches, in a memorable campaign.

They beat Ashford United 4-0 in the under-15s’ cup final at Ashford United’s Homelands ground in April, found the net more than 110 times and conceded just 23 goals.

“This outstanding achievement is a testament to the players’ talent, dedication, team-work and commitment this season,” said Jones.

“Congratulations to all the players, coaches and supporters on a fantastic season - and best of luck for next season.”
