Arsenal have plenty of work to do this summer as the squad needs to be improved to continue progressing toward Mikel Arteta’s goals. Players in numerous positions have already been linked.

The most prominent links have seen striker, central midfield and full-back suggested as primary areas of improvement for Arsenal. However, the Gunners are not waiting around and have already completed one summer deal with a second soon to follow.
