Netflix UK TV shows and movies coming in May 2022 - including Stranger Things and Better Call Saul

While the weather may be starting to get a bit nicer, plenty of us will still be looking for a Netflix binge at some point during May. Fortunately, the platform is making loads of new and classic films and TV series available on the streaming service this month.

One of the most eagerly awaited shows to be making its way on to Netflix in May is undoubtedly the first half of the new series of Stranger Things. The upcoming series is set six months after the events of the last and sees the group go their own way while still facing the horrors we’ve come to expect from the show.

Breaking Bad’s successful spin-off show Better Call Saul will also see series six come to Netflix, alongside other shows like The Gentlemen’s League and Workin’ Moms.

When it comes to classic titles, John Travolta’s 2007 performance in Hairspray will undoubtedly have audiences rediscovering the film when it becomes available to stream. Other classic offerings for May will include Awakenings, Leaving Africa and more.
