Neill Collins lands Raith Rovers gig as Andrew Barrowman details what set 'top choice' apart from other candidates

Neill Collins have been named Raith Rovers manager as the club secured their 'top choice' for the role.

The former Barnsley boss replaces Ian Murray in the Stark's Park dugout on a three-year deal with new gaffer admitting he was blown away by the work going on at the club. He knows the big challenge to get the club back to Scotland's top flight but says it is an objective he will work 'tirelessly' to achieve.
