NBA Finals 2022 -- Best sights and sounds from Game 4 of Golden State Warriors vs. Boston Celtics

The Boston Celtics hold a 2-1 series lead over the Golden State Warriors in the 2022 NBA Finals. Game 4 is Friday night at the TD Garden in Boston.

Jaylen Brown (27), Marcus Smart (24) and Jayson Tatum (26) each had over 20 points in Boston's 116-100 win in the pivotal Game 3. According to ESPN Stats and Information, teams that win Game 3 in Finals history with the series tied go on to win the championship 82% of the time (32-7).

One of the biggest storylines heading into the night's action is the health of Warriors star Stephen Curry. Celtics forward Al Horford rolled on Curry's leg as the two dove for a loose ball in the fourth quarter in Game 3. Curry is expected to play.

«Because I went through what I went through in the regular season and coming back, I know exactly what it is and what I've got to deal with and the soreness, pain level and all that,» Curry said Thursday. «So once I got checked… I knew I wouldn't have to go get any extra tests just because we've been through this before.»

Game 4s have been home to legendary performances throughout the history of the NBA Finals. Michael Jordan scored 55 points in the 1993 Finals against the Phoenix Suns while dueling against Charles Barkley who had 32 points, 12 rebounds and 10 assists in the same game. In the 2019 Finals between the Warriors and Toronto Raptors, Kawhi Leonard had a 17-point third quarter on the way to 36 points, 12 boards and 4 steals.

Is there a historic performance coming Friday? Here are the best sights and sounds from Game 4.

Olympic gold medalist and Massachusetts native Aly Raisman is at the TD Garden to watch the Celtics take on the Warriors.
