Nathan Ake predicts Erling Haaland's impact in Man City squad
Nathan Ake is the latest Manchester City player to welcome Erling Haaland to the club, and predicting how the incoming striker will offer Pep Guardiola something different.
City batted away some stiff competition to sign Haaland from Borussia Dortmund, paying just £51m in transfer fees due to his release clause. He will become a City player this summer, and be part of the squad tasked with retaining the Premier League title and going one further in the Champions League.
After City have gone two years without a fit or natural striker, they will have to re-adapt to playing with a recognised 'number nine' — but defender Ake believes he is a signing that will benefit the squad.

When Haaland was announced as a City signing, defender Aymeric Laporte joked that he is glad not to be chasing the Norwegian in games, and Ake gave a similar assessment as he looked forward to facing his new teammate in training.
“That will be fun in training. He is of course very powerful and has a nose for goal," he told De Telegraa, before explaining how he expects Haaland to fit into the squad.
"In the way we play, we may need that type of player too. He’s a very different type of player than we have now. I think he is a very good asset."
Kevin De Bruyne has also previewed his future relationship with Haaland, saying recently: "His move should help us to grow as a team. Everybody expects a lot.
"They've always been looking for a No.9, but I think it'll be good to have that striker that maybe scores 20-25 goals a season.
"Maybe (his arrival might help me too). There have been years that I have had more assists (than this season). But my chance creation and other things have
