Napoli’s Lorenzo Insigne breaks down in tears as Serie A hopes go up in smoke vs Roma

Napoli star Lorenzo Insigne broke down in tears on Monday night after his side suffered a 1-1 draw at the hands of Jose Mourinho ’s Roma.

This season, Insigne has scored 11 times in 32 appearances in all competitions, with his penalty against Roma being his ninth in the campaign in Italy’s
