N’Golo Kante has been regarded as one of the world’s best midfielders for many years now, and his unbounded energy seems to be timeless.

Kante is now 30 years old, soon to be 31, but the Frenchman shows no signs of slowing down yet.

Despite a number of injuries over the last few years, the midfielder always seems to come back just as strong and determined as ever.

Kante has had many iconic performances for the Blues, but his Champions League-winning campaign in 2021 certainly provided some of his best.

The 30-year-old picked up an incredible four Player of the Match awards between the round of 16 and the final, including scooping the award in both legs against Real Madrid in the semi-finals.

But it was in the Champions League final against Manchester City, the most important match of all, that Kante showed his true worth to the London side.

Yet another Player of the Match-winning performance from the Frenchman helped Chelsea on their path to lifting the Champions League trophy for the second time in the club’s history.
