Murray Davidson reminisces back to St Johnstone's 5-1 win against Aberdeen and hopes current squad find clinical edge
Murray Davidson is hoping St Johnstone can find their clinical edge at Pittodrie - just like the team of October 2015.
The midfielder, who retired earlier this year, played the full game as Saints stunned the Dons in the north east to win 5-1.
It was an afternoon where the Perth club picked up their first away points of the season, kick-started by an absolute peach of a strike from Brian Easton.

The other goals were scored by Joe Shaughnessy, Liam Craig and current manager Steven MacLean (2).
“My main memory of that game was going in at half-time buzzing and then Tommy [Wright] went through us,” laughed Davidson.
“We were like ‘what is he moaning at?’ We were 3-1 up at Pittodrie.

“I remember we were all joking walking back for kick-off saying that we’ll definitely get a point now. The game just petered out from there.”
Saints’ current crop have struggled to produce a clinical performance so far this season.
“A lot of games I played in up at Pittodrie were tight,” Davidson told the PA.
“But that seemed a one off and one of those games where everything we hit went in.
“It was a brilliant result and you don’t get them often because it’s never an easy place to go.
“It doesn’t matter if you’re on a good run or a bad run, you need to be clinical.
“I wasn’t there on Saturday,
