Murieston United's Under-12 Girls Blue Team jump three divisions to secure sponsorship

Murieston United’s Under-12 Girls blue team were able to provide full-kits to their team after a local sponsor stepped in to provide their support.

The girls youth squad received the support from Stones bar and grill in Livingston and other local businesses after they jumped from division D to division A in just six months.

“From their kit to footballs to cones and hurdles, we’ve got everything we need for training now.

“We’ve played three games of division A so far, and we have fixtures right up until the end of June - we’re playing 7-a-side just now, but it might be time to shift them up to 9-a-side sooner rather than later with the experience they’re bringing to the game.”

The girls play Bathgate U12 girls side this Sunday, and at the end of the season will be
