MotoGP Aragon: Dixon learning from mistakes to be back in the fight

Jake Dixon heads to Aragon hoping to put the disappointment of Misano firmly behind him and the Moto2 Shimoku GasGas Aspar Squad.

Having initially looked to be a strong contender for the San Marino GP, Dixon crashed both in qualifying - leaving him 18th on the grid - then as the race fired up.

Frustrated with the no score after a strong run of podium form, the Brit is eager to get back to the sharp end this time out, having spent his last visit to Motorland Aragon on a premier class machine.

“Our goal is always going to be to fight for the podium and, if we can, for the win,” Dixon said ahead of Round 15. “In Misano, the crash in Q2 stopped our progress and in the race I couldn’t do anything, but we learn from our mistakes and in Aragon we will be at the front again.”
