Motherwell handed trip to Aberdeen as the Premiership post-split fixtures are issued

Motherwell kick-off their post-split Premiership fixtures against Aberdeen at Pittodrie on April 27.

The Lanarkshire side have been handed two home fixtures in their final five, as they strive to be ‘best of the rest’ in the lower half fo the table.

Stuart Kettlewell’s side narrowly missed out on a place in the top-six as they thrashed out a 1-1 draw at home to Hibs, which also torpedoed the Edinburgh side’s hopes.

The first of their home games is against Livingston on May 4, followed by a trip to Ross County seven days later.

A midweek journey to play Hibs on Easter Road on May 15 is Motherwell’s penultimate fixture, before they host St Johnstone on May 19.
