Most popular pie in Manchester revealed as British classic

Mancunians are famed for being pie lovers, with Wigan home to the annual World Pie Eating Championships, and now Manchester’s most popular pie has been revealed.

The cheese and onion pie scooped second place while pasties came in third. Perhaps more surprisingly a meat and potato pie proved more popular among Mancunians than a steak and ale pie.
