Morgan Gibbs-White name-drops 3 Sheffield United players who are the main characters in the dressing room

Wolves loanee Morgan Gibbs-White has lifted the curtain on the Sheffield United dressing room in his latest interview.

The 22-year-old joined the Blades on a season-long loan last August and has made 27 appearances for the club in the Championship this campaign.

In those Championship appearances, the striker has scored nine goals and registered seven assists.

Now, in the latest episode of the Sky Sports EFL Podcast, Gibbs-White has revealed some behind the scenes information regarding the Sheffield United dressing room, explaining the main characters in the dressing room.

”There’s a few characters,” Gibbs-White told Sky Sports EFL Podcast.

“I’d say Ollie McBurnie is one, Wes Foderington and Chris Basham.”

“They’re loud, they’re extra, they’re just never tired, always on the go and it makes for a good laugh.”

A good dressing room atmosphere is vital at any club, and by the sounds of it, the spirits are high at Bramall Lane.

With that being said, though, Gibbs white did reveal that he is yet to do his Sheffield United initiation – a tradition at most clubs.

”You know what, don’t let anyone see this because I haven’t done it yet!” he said to the Sky Sports EFL Podcast.

“To be fair, no one new has done it yet and every new person that has come in hasn’t done one, so fingers crossed they don’t see this.”

Sheffield United are currently fifth in the Sky Bet Championship after their 2-0 victory over Barnsley last weekend.

The Blades aren’t in action again until the 2nd of April, when they will face Stoke City away from home.
