Morecambe vs Bolton Wanderers LIVE: Early team news, build-up, match updates and reaction

Bolton Wanderers are on the road this afternoon and seeking to make it five wins in a row against Morecambe.

Wanderers travel to the Mazuma Stadium this afternoon seeking to continue their recent good run of form which has seen them score 11 goals in their past four games without conceding.

Wanderers stopper James Trafford is the first to keep four clean sheets in his maiden quartet of Bolton games and could extend that to five with another this afternoon.

Bolton renew acquaintances with the Shrimps having played them twice in League Two last season, with the last meeting being a 1-0 win on the road courtesy of Ben Jackson's goal which saw Wanderers on the road to promotion.

The Shrimps sit 21st in the table at present and themselves will be aiming to return to winning ways on the third attempt.

Bolton can go as high as ninth should they pick up three points and results elsewhere on the day go their way.

We'll be live throughout the day from the Mazuma Stadium to see if Wanderers can make it five wins in a row in League One, with all the build-up, team news, match action and reaction.

Safe trip to any Wanderers fans who are making the fairly short journey to the coast to see Bolton in action today.

Can confirm the weather conditions are quite different from the last time Wanderers were here last April - it's windy and rainy today so probably worth bringing the big coat this afternoon.

The Shrimps will be without Trevor Carson after he suffered a concussion last time out in the loss to Sheffield Wednesday.

Morecambe are also waiting to see on the fitness of Greg Leigh, who has not trained since making his return from international duty with Jamaica.

Kieran Lee is back available for this afternoon's encounter after
