"More likely to sign than Declan Rice" - Journalist drops big internal West Ham contract claim

West Ham United are ‘more likely’ to tie Jarrod Bowen down to a new London Stadium contract than agree fresh terms with fellow fans’ favourite Declan Rice, according to transfer insider Dean Jones.

The Hammers have qualified for European football for a second consecutive season and, following another successful campaign, boss David Moyes will be keen to keep his star men in east London.

The 25-year-old, who is valued at £31.5million by Transfermarkt, has become the first Hammers star to break into double figures for goals and assists in a single Premier League campaign since Paolo Di Canio.

“West Ham also know that there is early interest in Jarrod Bowen. Even if he doesn’t go
