Moment brazen thieves TOW family's £1,000 Honda Jazz from outside Manchester home

Thieves were caught on camera TOWING a family's car away from outside their north Manchester home. Shocking footage shows the Honda Jazz - worth around £1,000 - being stolen during a 6am raid in Crumpsall.

Inside it were homework books and school bags. Rushing back to check the CCTV footage, he was shocked to see that the thieves had used a large tow truck to steal the vehicle in Hazelbottom Road.

Iyaz first had CCTV cameras installed outside his home when neighbours had warned him that there had been a spate of robberies in the area when he first moved in four years ago. He said he took the decision to buy the cameras to give him 'piece of mind'.

He reported the theft to police but is now left worrying where he will find the
