Mo Salah: Oxlade-Chamberlain reacts to Liverpool teammate's physique in holiday photo

Mohamed Salah had a terrific 2021/22 season.

The forward scored 31 times and recorded 16 assists for Liverpool as they threatened to win the quadruple.

In the end, Liverpool fell narrowly shy in their efforts to win the Premier League and Champions League, but Salah’s brilliance did help them to FA Cup and League Cup glory.

Salah’s 2021/22 season came to an end earlier this month after starring for Egypt in their Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Guinea.

He played the full 90 minutes as Egypt got their qualifying campaign off to the perfect start with a 1-0 win.

Salah has been enjoying a much deserved rest over the past week.

The forward, who turns 30 years old on Wednesday, has posted a number of pictures on Instagram of himself enjoying his time off.

The Egyptian looks so shredded that he’s inspired Liverpool teammate Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain to get himself in the gym.

Replying to his teammate’s post, Oxlade-Chamberlain wrote: “I’m off to the gym!”

Oxlade-Chamberlain wasn’t the only individual praising Salah’s physique.
