MMA fighter literally slices opponent's ear apart with some nasty elbows for first-round finish

This is the horrific moment a MMA fighter has his ear sliced apart after taking some brutal punishment.

Alessandro Boti suffered a nasty injury last night as a part of his ear was left hanging by a thread.

The Italian MMA fighter, 33, took on Lukasz Siwiec in Poland in the co-main event of Babilon MMA 29: Kacprzak vs Zorczykowski.

But it didn’t exactly go according to plan as Siwiec took total control in the first round.

Having taken down his opponent, Siwiec used his slick butterfly guard to easily pass straight to full mount position.

Boti tried desperately to escape but after a few seconds it soon became clear that there was nowhere else to go as he couldn’t get his legs free from underneath him.

And moments later Siwiec then landed a nasty elbow directly to Boti’s ear lobe, splitting it open with a trail of blood behind it and leaving a part of it loosely flapping in the air in the process.

The referee immediately waved the fight off as soon as he noticed the damage.

Unsurprisingly, Twitter was left in shock as fans reacted to the horrifying injury.

One tweeted: “Is it me or has MMA gotten more violent recently?”

Another wrote: “Guy took an ear beating.”

A third added: “Yeah outlaw this sport immediately” as the Polish MMA fighter made it seven wins from eight fights overall.

While a fourth commented: “Elbows will always be effective.”

And a fifth user typed: “That’s disgusting… I love it.”

Babilon MMA, better known by its initials BAB, was founded in August 2017 by its founders, Tomasz Babilonski and Przemyslaw Krok.

The Polish promotion celebrates its fifth birthday this summer.

Fighters from its roster have gone on to compete in the UFC, BAMMA, Bellator,
