Amateur MMA fighter Cole Farsaci had his shoulder dislocated and ripped from its socket after he refused to tap out in defeat at Cage Wars 52.
Farsaci was making his maiden appearance with the promotion against Jahliel Palmer at Cage Wars 52 last Friday where he was looking to begin his career with victory. The fight began at a frantic pace with both men quickly being thrown together on the floor in an explosive start to the round.
However the opening came for Palmer when he managed to get hold of Farsaci's arm and applied the kimura hold which he was able to begin tightening during the exchange. Farsaci first attempted to show a resolute defence by keeping his arm straight with Palmer sweeping to no avail.
Palmer tightened his firm grip with Farsaci suddenly in a world of bother, as his opponent came closer to a submission from his back. Farsaci spat out his mouthpiece in pain as he tried desperately to remain in the contest and refused to tap out despite his arm being torn further away from a safe angle.
Fans in the arena quickly gasped as Palmer managed to fold his arm in half with the shoulder joint being ripped from Farsaci's socket
