Missing woman, 59, found dead in Asda car park named
A woman reported missing by her family and later found dead in an Asda car park has been named. Lynn-Marie was last seen by her family on Monday, October 23, at around 2pm. The following day Merseyside police put out a missing person appeal for the 59-year-old from West Derby.
Officers have now confirmed that Lynn-Marie was found dead at around 8pm on Tuesday, October 24, in the supermarket car park on Utting Avenue, Walton, the Liverpool Echo reports.

Police were first called to reports of a concern for the welfare of a woman and later confirmed that she was pronounced dead at the scene.
Lynn-Marie's death is not being treated as suspicious and a file is being prepared for the coroner. A spokesperson for Merseyside police said: "We can confirm that a woman who was found in a parked car in a car park on Utting Avenue in Walton last night, Tuesday 24th October, was missing Lynn-Marie McCoy.
"Mrs McCoy, 59, was last seen in West Derby on the afternoon of Monday 23rd October. Her death is not being treated as suspicious and a file is being prepared for the coroner.”
