Mike Perry challenged Jake Paul to a bareknuckle boxing match after battling past Michael ‘Venom’ Page.

The former UFC star was forced to dip deep – and somehow ignore the pain despite suffering a broken jaw – before overcoming the Bellator MMA fighter with a majority split decision.

And speaking in the ring afterwards, Perry challenged Paul to a good old-fashioned bareknuckle brawl.

Perry roared: “Sh*t, I said I was gonna do six rounds, and he said, ‘You don’t go to a draw with me.’

“They were gonna give it to me at the end of five, but I walked out and told a lie, because I wanted more bloody, baby.

“I didn’t know it, but now I do.

“This is definitely for me.

“I love this, because a lot of tough men are scared of this, and I want to be the toughest SOB out there.

“Jake Paul, you need an opponent.

“You need the money fight, I’m the real money fight.

“Maybe I’ll put the pillows back on if you’re scared to get in here.”

Page and Perry battled back and forth in the main event of BKFC 27 but after five thrilling rounds, they could not be split.

But rather than call it a draw they were made to fight a sixth and final overtime round to decide the winner.

And despite his rather disfigured face, it was Perry who ultimately got his hand raised after securing a split decision win.

The result meant the American retained his undefeated status inside the squared circle after parting ways with the UFC in 2021.

Perry, 35, dropped Page early with a short right hand in the first round, which coincidentally was also the only knockdown during the fight.
