Mikaël Kingsbury earns golden sweep in Kazakhstan with dual moguls victory
A day after winning the men's World Cup moguls event in Almaty, Kazakhstan, Canadian freestyle skier Mikaël Kingsbury climbed the top step of the podium in the dual moguls event on Saturday.
The win marked the 98th career World Cup gold-medal victory by the Deux-Montagnes, Que., native.
Kingsbury now has 11 medals (eight golds, three silvers) across 14 World Cup events this season.
The Canadian wrapped up the Crystal Globe in the men's moguls season title on Friday, and increased his lead in the race for the dual moguls and overall titles.

American mogulist Jaelin Kauf won gold in the women's event, while Rina Yanagimoto of Japan took silver, and Kazakhstan's Anastassiya Gordoko claimed bronze.
The final event of the World Cup moguls season happens in Livigno, Italy, beginning on Tuesday, March 11.
