Michael Chandler is looking insanely ripped for his UFC 274 fight vs Tony Ferguson

UFC star Michael Chandler has posted a photo of himself looking insanely ripped ahead of his clash against Tony Ferguson this weekend.

He will be looking to bounce back from his two most recent defeats to Charles Oliveira and Justin Gaethje last year.

Chandler is clearly looking to give himself the best chance possible for his fight on Saturday and his impressive physique may give him the edge against El Cucuy.

The fight is part of the UFC 274 event which also includes the exciting clash between his former foe’s Oliveira and Gaethje.

The 36-year-old posted the photo and wrote: “Down 25 lbs and 8% body fat since February.”

It may have been his aim to strike fear into Ferguson or to just get fans excited for the fight, which it certainly would have done.

Speaking ahead of the fight at UFC 274’s media day, Chandler made it his mission to try and wind-up Ferguson.

El Cucuy had previously said that Chandler carries “Dana White privilege”, and the 36-year-old jokingly agreed.

He said: “I’m sorry Tony, but that Dana White privilege line might be the funniest thing that has ever been said on a microphone in the context of mixed martial arts.

“He’s right, I am his boss’ favourite fighter; I am Dana’s favourite.

“Dana White’s privilege is not on the line here – I’ve already got it.”

The Missouri-born fighter also thinks that the winner between himself and Ferguson should go on to fight whoever comes out on top between Oliveira and Gaethje.

He added: “There’s not an MMA fan alive that doesn’t want to see me rematch either of those guys, Charles Oliveira, and especially Justin Gaethje in a five-round title fight.

“So, we’ll see
