Olivia Mehaffey snuck inside the cut at Magical Kenya Ladies Open where Aditi Ashok extended her lead at the top of the leaderboard to five strokes.
Mehaffey struggled to an opening round 80 that included a couple of double-bogeys, but today's round was a more solid affair on her way to a round of 74.

The County Down golfer sits on eight-over par at the halfway stage, two shots inside the cut-off line, and 17 adrift of Ashok.
The two-time Olympian and 2019 runner-up wasn’t quite as hot with the putter as her opening round, yet it was business like at Vipingo Ridge.
The only blot on the copybook came at the fifth, while three of her four birdies came on the front nine. Another birdie at the 10th was followed by eight successive pars on her way to a round of 70 and a five-shot advantage over April Angurasaranee
