Medway Area Sunday League sides were involved in county cup competitions on Sunday.

The First Round of the Kent Sunday Premier Cup saw Chatham Town SR beat Eccles Sundays 5-0 thanks to Harry Davenport, Joe Beaston, Kuldip Man, Chris Yao and Jack Couzens.

Robbie Summerhayes and Joe Simpson were on target in Cliffe Woods Colts’ 2-1 win over Gravesend Athletic.

In the Kent Sunday Junior Cup First Round, Josh Morrant, Josh Crocker and Lloyd James (2) led Anchorians Athletic marksmen to a 4-1 win against Hempstead United.

Footscray Lions won 5-1 against AFC Shorne, for whom Kieran Wells netted a consolation, while Springhead Park were shaded 3-2 by Barnehurst despite strikes by Lloyd Fellows and Ben Cable.

Swanscombe Tigers hit 11 goals without reply at Hollisters thanks to Mario Izu (4), Scott Goodrich (3), Tom Searles (2), Ben Godfrey and Callum Hoadley.

Ben Blake hit a hat-trick in the Kent Sunday Junior Trophy First Round and Liam Anderson completed the tally as Cliffe Woods Rangers won 4-0 at home to Cantium.
