McDonald's fans say 'yes please' as popular burger returns as part of menu shake-up
McDonald's fans are celebrating as the fast food restaurant confirmed its chicken Big Macs would be returning for the festive season.
From November 22, customers will be able to get their hands on the popular burger - which is made up of two crispy chicken patties, cheese, lettuce, pickles, and Maccie's iconic Big Mac sauce. Seven other items will also be joining the menu to welcome in the Christmas period.
McDonald's confirmed The Big & Cheesy, The Big & Cheesy with Bacon, McDonald's Chicken Combo and the fan favourite Cheese Melt Dippers with Rich Tomato Sauce will all be available from the same date. For those with a sweet tooth, three special McFlurrys also being added.

The Galaxy Chocolate McFlurry, Galaxy Caramel McFlurry and Galaxy Caramel Pie will also be available. The 2023 Festive Menu launches in all restaurants across the UK and Ireland from 11am on Wednesday, November 22.
Fans will need to be quick though – as it’s only around for a limited six weeks, or while stocks last. If that’s not enough to get your taste buds tingling, McDonald’s is also treating customers to its most generous promotion to date, Festive Wins, all through November.
