"Maybe that's why" - Journalist drops big claim on WBA ace hardly used by Bruce ahead of Swansea

West Bromwich Albion’s poor form is the key reason for Taylor Gardner-Hickman’s lack of opportunities under manager Steve Bruce, according to journalist Pete O’Rourke.

Bruce was appointed as the Baggies’ boss earlier this month, succeeding the sacked Valerien Ismael, but the alteration in the dugout has not paid off for academy product Gardner-Hickman.

Ismael handed Gardner-Hickman his senior debut in the 6-0 Carabao Cup drubbing at the hands of Arsenal earlier in the season and he went on to make 10 appearances under the Frenchman.

O’Rourke told GIVEMESPORT: “I
